Sobre nós ... (About us...)

A square meter kichten, really, in a dolly house.
Since I was a kid, one of the things I question the most was "Do all the families have dinner like us? In a round table, for hours?". When you grow up with a constant amazing smell cming out from the kitchen, you end up thinking that this is what so called normal: Eat well.

Fearless for trying new things. In love with chocolate cakes, berries,  hot bread with nutella and a tipical portuguese dish "Cod Fish à brás".
Spent half of her life studying to be an engineer with her heart and sould divided between a bunch of Cake Decorations workshops, her cooking addiction and love for animals.

Inherited her passion for cooking experiences and gadget and the  constant will for new things and tastes. Blame the best chefs of her life (her parents), but know that 90% of what she is now, comes from them.
Shares this blog with the best teachers and obviously a white cat named Pipoca :D

“It seems to me that our three basic needs, for food and security and love, are so mixed and mingled and entwined that we cannot straightly think of one without the others. So it happens that when I write of hunger, I am really writing about love and the hunger for it, and warmth and the love of it and the hunger for it… and then the warmth and richness and fine reality of hunger satisfied… and it is all one.”
